Carano is the sister of Casino executive Glenn Carano and Dana Joy Cason Carano, born and raised in Dallas County in Texas. She is the middle of three siblings. Gina Carano was cared for by his mother after the separation of her parents at the age of seven years old. Lucasfilm terminated Gina Carano in season 2 of the series The Mandalorian in 2021 due to her conduct online that was controversial.
