Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He moved to Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. The father of his was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and directed the soil conservation district located in Casper.
