Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes is an American actress popular for her portrayal of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence and Doctor. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. The actress also won acclaim for her first television role of Eleni Andros Cooper in the CBS soap show Guiding Light. Some of her notable films includes 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. According according to reports, she's working on a project with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, who created Immortals in an adaptation of Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. They are also shooting an upcoming TV series called Gods & Heroes.
