Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is also the writer of a number of online pieces. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
